Anyone have experience with medium to large SSAs?

I got my pathology report today from my screening colonoscopy and one of the polyps was determined to be a serrated sessile adenoma. It is 2 cm, completely flat and located in the right colon. Can anyone who has one of these tell me if it progressed to carcinoma or not on follow-up? I'd like to here...

I'm new to this forum but just wanted you to know that I'm glad you had a fun time. Wow, the Stones! I'd love to see them. Been listening to their music since their first album.

Thanks for your reply, SkiFletch! I agree that the number of polyps and that medium-big flat one are worrisome but you're right, have to wait for the pathology report. I don't know your story but good luck to you in the future---Jim
