Re: Maybe a problem ...

My opinion is that you need a colonoscopy. You've had a couple weeks to work on that, have you made any progress?

Wow, your pics are stunning zx10. Bravo, and thanks for sharing. Those last 2 of the bridges are spectacular, not to diminish from the others which are quite nice as well.

Never had a Roomba, BS. Seems like a good idea, however. Do they teach themselves which path to take?

Well, right off the bat, I must confess that I do like wine, and dogs. Vacuums, however, not so much. In fact, my DH was nice enough recently to search for a self-propelled one. Apparently he didn't find one worth purchasing, not sure why. So, instead I made this purchase. https://images-na.s...

Hi Peanut, I'm new to this board I have been following it for some time. I'm actually in Germany right now getting laser assisted pulmonary metastectomy. I just had a telephone meeting with my health insurance broker who said that none of the Obama care plans offer second opinions at major cancer ce...

A young engineer was leaving the office at 5:45 p.m. when he found the CEO standing in front of a shredder with a piece of paper in his hand. "Listen," said the CEO, "this is a very sensitive and important document, and my secretary is not here. Can you make this thing work?" &qu...

It's crazy, butt I'm so proud of Chloe for getting that treat out of that contraption. Such a good girl.

Fonzie was an Ewok for Halloween. Not a happy one mind you. No tricks that night, only treats.

Re: Major cancer centers/insurance

The LLC option is very interesting. We will look into it. Did you create a business, Peanut? I think our business would show nothing but losses if we were paying for health insurance. And I have definitely heard that about Starbucks, Jannine. Might be a viable option, too. My husband and I are both...

Re: Major cancer centers/insurance

Just my opinion, but health insurance options for early retirees suck. DH retired a couple years ago, and went on COBRA which lasted for 18 months. 36 months is not guaranteed, butt may be an option in certain specific situations. Obamacare options didn't really work for us, since we spend time in m...

So sorry this is happening to you DE. I'm frustrated on your behalf as well.

Is it possible for you to travel to a different hospital?

Had a nice visit from my sister this past weekend. She's a big fan of the HGTV show, Fixer-upper. Somehow she talked me into traveling to Waco to visit the Silo's featured on the show. They have a showroom, and a bakery, butt unfortunately we missed the part about being closed on Sunday. They did ha...

Hi Dan, Welcome to Colon Talk. I have a stoma also, and have made adjustments along the way to manage the situation pretty well. There are numerous products available to make stoma living tolerable. Most of the time now, I forget that I even have it. Is there any particular issue that you're having ...
