I have my ileostomy for 8 years, I don’t have a colon. And this has never happened to me before. I do not have discharge, ever. I have a rectal stump and J pouch. It said both the mass in stomach and lymph’s in neck had significant hypermetabolic uptake. Then he follows both on findings with consistent with metastasis.

Interesting! Our aromas are basically what is inside us so why would a polyp grow there and not on our insides. Very odd. I'm hoping it is no biggy.
