Hi,
The most important thing is you are a fantastic responder to chemo . Phew ! In our limited experience you have to come at it from a few angles and you now know exactly the road to take to deal with your tumour burden .
You have direction and a way forward .

A teenage patient shared that she gave herself permission to worry the night before but not before it . Anxiety escalates before scans . I could sometimes tell when some people were scanning on here !!! You could see some behaviour surfacing that was not there at other times . You are only human and...

Dunskey Castle near Port Partick . A ruin but was still beautiful . Had a lovely weekend with friends there recently .

You know I never knew that !!
There is a military tattoo in the Castle grounds in August and it’s spectacular. Fireworks are let off down the side of the Castle wall .
It’s worth a visit !!!

Hi , First of all I am really sorry you are having to deal with this . I am not sure how oncologist decide something has failed as my understanding was chemo was better at shrinking solid tumours than dealing with microsatellite disease . My mum did first line chemo , had surgery but an immediate re...
