My pathology report stated that my rectal tumour had an infiltrating border. As I was stage 1 , I was told that there was no immediate need for chemo and and couldn't have radiation due to previous surgery in that area. Having six monthly follow ups and watch and wait which I am happy with. Karen.

My surgery was July 2013....incision scar still red/purple....Butt...in the whole scheme of things....it isn't something I have given much thought to. :) At 58 my bikini days are long gone :oops: Best wishes, Karen.
