Re: Discussions about Death

Well, my wife is about 3-6 weeks from death. She and I found hope in Jesus. For us, sin is universal and the cause of pain and suffering. The cross and resurrection is different in that Buddha, Muhammed etc did not raise from the dead, nor was crucififed. I was a drug addict and my wife had bi polar...

Re: wife update

Appreciate the feedback and care. She is a strong woman and says she is not ready for hospice. She says " I am going to take it one year at a time". Yet in her heart she knows different. I have just got her to go together to see a therapist. I said go for me if not for you. I will work on ...

Re: Is the cannabis cure losing steam?

The pothead cartel is wanting you to believe it is the cure all. I am moderate and do think it helps with nausea and appetite.

Re: wife update

The oncologist added 60 mg oxycotin (MS time release every 12 hrs) she sleeps 16 plus hrs per day. I think maybe cutting back to 40 mg may help. She is acting looping and disoriented on occasion. I am going to call dr and ask for reduction of pill size. She was just taking oxycodone 20 mg pills at 2...

Re: wife update

Yes, we have alot to be thankful for. She has had alot more good days than bad over the last three years. We take little weekend trips together. Her oncologist still thinks chemo is the best way for her. I think it is because of the multitude of leasons and any operation puts her off chemo for 6 wee...
