Re: Who are the longest stage 4 survivor's on here?

I just made 10 years from stage in diagnosis in Dec of 2012. Headed back to MDA tomorrow for a checkup and scan. Been NED for over 4 years now!! Much love to all of you!

My tumor had KRAS mutation G12D.

Hey Sophy!! I’m still in ADAPT also. Hopefully, for 3 more months and then I can get off if it!!

7.5 years stage 4B; now NED for 21 months!

I am here to give hope to those of you battling! I am now 21 months NED since having a lung met cryoablated in Sept of 2018 and was 17 months NED before that from Stage IV colorectal cancer. I know I always looked for inspiring posts when I was newly diagnosed and I don’t come here often anymore. St...

Re: ADAPT and Celebrex - What happened?

I really don’t have much side effects. The only thing that I get is a stool that somewhat burns, almost like a virus, when on the Xeloda. Other than that, I feel pretty normal. It was not part of a trial but I had my local onc call Dr Lin and get the protocol for me to follow and my onc at MDA neith...

Re: ADAPT and Celebrex - What happened?

I have had one new lung nodule pop up since starting ADAPT almost 2 years ago. I had a cryoablation last month for that 6mm nodule and will continue on ADAPT indefinitely for now. Doing well and living an (almost) normal life. NED again!

Re: Diltiazem hydrochloride 2% cream or Lidocaine for fissure?

I tried every cream possible, nothing helped and it is extremely painful (I considered getting a permanent colostomy if I had too!). MDA did a botox injection to the muscles surrounding the rectum and got immediate relief and been good ever since.
