I was thinking more in the EPIC part --and that maybe they would take the risk of CRS, surgery, which is always good.

It looks like the cause of most cancers are Immuno failing of the body to reckognize and fight. Absolutely. So we can keep cutting, poisoning, radiating, taking out the cancer (we need to do that!) but if the (immune) system who failed to stop the misguided cells, in the first place, is not address...
