Re: My forum family

This is really a sad news. Hope your family has strength to bear this loss and have a way of remembering the nice memories. Depression is a silent killer. When my father was diagnosed, I had to take Prozac and Lorazepam for depression and anxiety respectively and it surely helped. I still take it as...

Re: Oxaliplatin and neuropathy

(e.g. Steve Jobs who had access to even late stage Liver transplant) Without Insurance, it's a Russian Roulette, with a f...

Re: TIL Immunotherapy at NCI

Congrats to Celine.
1st case of NED using immunotherapy in Colon Cancer, hoping for many more success stories now.
I believe targeted immunotherapy is the solution which will be beneficial to many patients.

Re: Liver trial: CAR-T (re-engineered T-cells) Hepatic Artery Infusions

My father was part of this trial in Rhode Island. However, he had severe reaction to interleukin which resulted in a lot of blood loss. This made his health deteriorate, while the Cancer burden increased. He passed away in Aug 2013, a month after trial got over. This process could work for few patie...

This movie is available I think on Netflix streaming and please watch it if you can.

Re: The Judge Movie

Another movie that I saw was about Dr. Vivien Thomas.
Something The Lord Made

After that movie I am convinced that there is a lot of difference between a good surgeon and a great surgeon.
