All,of the treatments done In Germany and all scans after treatment were fine and then again in a months and a half markers rise and then scans show some activity in liver

Thanks for the reply Systemic Chemo isn't recommended and regional therapy is advised - However, after much persuasion I have been able to get the Dr's to agree to metronomic chemo with xeloda and some other tablets - this is off label recommendation By a senior researcher . For the TACE and SIRT - local anaesthesia and some mild sedative but awake .

For any ablation it is general anaesthesia.

Chemo embolisation is also called TACE RADIO embolisation is called SIRT. I Had TACE in November 2014 followed by ablation. Next scan two months later showed same spots of same size on Ct-pet and now I just had a SIRT Procedure day before. So I guess tace and ablation was not very successful on me. ...

Probably haemorrhoids
However a proper colonoscopy wouldn't hurt

If u have the blood after constipation and tough stools
The chances of it being haemorrhoids are more
