Re: BrownBagger ....... I don't know what to say

I haven't been here in a while. I've had another health drama to take care of... but something made me check in to see what was going on. I am sorry to read of Eric's passing. I always enjoyed reading his gardening posts and following his cycling miles in his signature. My thoughts are with his fami...

Re: OT- I graduated and moved.... to DC!

Congratulations! Totally well deserved. Great work. Your dad was no doubt with you in spirit, cheering you along. Your mum must be so proud, I'm sure she wants you to get out there and make the most of your opportunities. The fact that you worry for her proves you won't forget her and will make sure...

Re: PET SCAN

Hi Cherie, I've been following your story for some time now, you seem to be kicking some major cancer ass, taking each setback and hitting it for 6. So, could they be referring here to image numbers, not number of suspicious spots? Sometimes, when the images are processed, the slices are numbered. S...

Re: Really??!!??

Hi Bev,

No. Just no. Hoping that there is an 'easy' way to sort answer for this latest turn of events. You've been through way more than your share of crap over the last few years...

Will be thinking of you and sending you positive thoughts.

Re: In the BLINK of an EYE- ***UPDATE***

Vicki,

I have watched over time as you posted and one thing was very very clear. That is the love you have for your dear husband. I am sorry his journey is over, but I'm sure he will continue to watch over you, free from the burden of cancer. My thoughts are with you and your family.

Re: Ugh. In hospital with pevic abscess - updated 9/21/14

Ugh.. That's not so super... I had one patient tell me they're a poor mans private health insurance as you get your own room... Hope you're out soon and self managing it at home! You're right on the hospital infection control protocol. They need to minimise the chance of spread. Hope the antibiotics...

Re: Where We Are At

Sending all kinds of positivity and strength for the concert to be a success. I hope it is the goal that Katie can aim towards and get to and enjoy. It's not anywhere near the same but I went to an Eddie Vedder concert with a chemo bottle around my neck. I was exhausted but it was worth it. My thoug...

Re: My Friend, Traveler001

Thank you for taking the time to let us know of Erics passing. His posts, as you said, were always so upbeat even when his disease kept rearing its ugly head. I am deeply saddened to read of his passing.
