How soon after can I start the interval training?

Thank you so much for this website for all the informative answers. I had laparoscopic surgery on 4/16/07. The original polyp cancer was removed during the colonoscopy and not found in the colon after surgery and chemo wasn't required, does this mean I am in remission even though I did not go throug...
