Was diagnosed 6 years today with stage 4 ccr.Three reoccurances,HIPEC,de-bulking and just had Sir Spheres,still here.For all you new people out there,you can live with cancer.Just wish I had a nickle for every drop of chemo I've had.Would buy everyone dinner..........................Randy

Well getting Sir Spheres tomorrow.Scan showed 4 lesions on liver.Only on one lobe so I only have to go thru this once.Already had the mapping.Surgeon said that was worse then actual surgery.Hope scan is right.Don't hold much faith in scans.Looks like I will make 6 year anniversary next month...........

Well pet shows that the 4 lesions on liver are stable but chemo not decreasing size.Have consult on the 14th for Sir Spheres.Anyone with experience would love to know what to expect.After almost 6 years,I know this is pallative and chemo and such is my life.Thanks.........................Randy

After my de-bulking in September,scan in April showed two small lesions on my liver.My CEA was 85 and my CA19-9 ws 800.After thre chemo treatments(Folfori plus Vectibux) my cea is 35 and CA19-9 ia 140.At least headed in the right direction.Scan next month.................................Randy

Mine is also signet ring.Although I have had 3 reoccurances,I have made it over 5 years.Have felt fairly well(the only tough times were when theyn tried to fix me,surgeries,chemo. etc).Hang in there............Randy

Although I just started another round of chemo for my third reocurrance,I been kickin for over 5 years.Wish it wouldn't come back but I guess that jus n the way mine is.One HIPEC and a de-bulking but I'm surviving...............Randy

I want to thank everyone for their well wishes and concerns.My onc is to meet with the tumor board at Univ. of Md.(where my surgeon,Dr. Hanna is the head of surgical onc.) to map out a course of action but to be safe started chemo today.Thank you and God bless.............Randy

My tumor markers were right.Just 6 months after de-bulking,PET showed 2 lesions on my liver.Doc thinks it can be controlled so more chemo for me.Told me I'll probably be a chemo lifer.Have hd 1 summer without chemo or surgery in 5 years.Whoppee for me!!!!!!!!! Randy
