Hey guys, I'm still here just have been in and out of the ER a lot. As soon as we make positive steps we suffer a setback. I began peeing large amounts of blood yesterday and my plattlets and red cell count crashed. They gave me transfusions ect. and stabilized it. My gallbladders surgery is healing...

Just got out of the hospital......again

Another week in after I had a PE........again. Now on oxygen 24/7, bone scan results were awful, many new mets and have pain patches ect.........it's all looking grim. Will restsrt folfox monday.

The whole story of how this happened.......

As you all know my CEA spiked up first of may but scans were very clear and had been since Dec. All during may i was having twinges of pain on my right side, it slowly got worse until the full blown gallbladder failure while i was in mexico. I came straight home to the ER and spent the next two week...

My Relapse, and surgery

I had gallbladder surgery and have been in hospital for two weeks. Biopsy showed cancer cells present. Going back on folfox soon, all is not well. please pray.

you sound almost exactly like me and the winner is .............the gallbladder. it can cause almost all those symptoms plus be really infected/inflamed.

Mid may when i first felt i han an inflammation it suddenly went from 4 to 18. We did a bone scan and very clear all ten spots undetectable, the CT they did wed. this week also very clear. My onc said it would be extremely rare to have a reoccurence with nothing showing on scans, she sees the inflam...

Yeah I could buy that except the bone mets have steadily been dissapeering since dec. and now they are ALL gone, I have four clear scans.

Well the saga of tests,scans and anxiety we all have to endure continues :) It turns out I had pulled a muscle between my ribs on the exact spot I used to have bone mets. To top it off I had the beginnings of broncitus.........well my onc wanted to do a bone scan to be sure so we did......CLEAR exce...

I've been emailing A. K. M. Shamsuddin MD, PhD back and forth. He sent me a fact sheet from the journal of medicine meeting overseas where they wrote about the effects of IP6, it's pretty good and hopeful. If anyone wants it PM me and I'll send it to you.
