Sounds pretty bad. I'm only on round 1 so its not that bad yet. Vaseline intensive care and antibiotic soap appears to help the face for a short time.-haven't resorted to antibiotic creams yet. Oxaliplatin numbness

still have some numbness from oxaliplatin 2 1/2 years ago. Vitamins B6 & B12 help some people-only time has lessened mine.

Only had slightly elevated blood pressure (took with Xeloda) It shrank my liver mets and abdominal wall met slightly & lowered CEA for about six months; then quit working-best result I've had from any chemo (except Xeloda by itself) over last seven years.
