Help! Has anyone had a good reversal done with good results

Hi my mom had her colon and part rectum taken out and she has the option to get a reversal. Has anyone had this done with good results? I have heard so many horror stories and I we really need advice on this from someone with the same condition. Thanks so much :)

My mom has had her stoma for about 8 months now and it is very ulcerated that she cant even touch it, and the pain is terible.She got no help from the specialists because when they helped her the bag would always leak. Help question on getting reversed

Hi everyone. My mom has a bag. She had her colon removed and she still has part of her rectum. She will be getting reconncected soon. She is really scared. Has anyone had this done and can give me thier experience and advice? I would appreciate it:)

Slightly elevated liver enzymes are nothing to worry about at this point. Its perfectly normal for them to fluctuate and it could be something as simple as tylenol that bumps them up. Hi thanks for responding. Mom just took chemo in the pill form and had radiation treatments for about 5 weeks. She has been done for about 3 weeks now. I am hoping its just from the chemo.

Hi my mom has a bag, and we found out she has a ulcer by her stoma, well anyways she is having major leakage problems, and even saw a specialist about it. They are trying to do thier best, but its always leaking. I feel really bad for her. Any suggestions? Thanks
