My husband's tumor from his rectum to sigmoid was 15cm in length. He is stage 4 with attachment to his bladder and spread to liver and lungs. His is considered very large.

My husband has stage 4 colorectal ca. He was put on Afinitor (RAD001) for his first round of chemo with Folfox and Avastin. Standard treatment is Folfox with Avastin, so we figured it couldn't hurt to try it.

My husband has had an ileostomy for about a year now. He has had the same problem with very runny output. They have been giving him IV fluids right after his chemo to try and prevent some of the dehydration. He mostly drinks juice and gaterade to get some extra electrolytes. He tries to eat oatmeal ...

My husband is on this clinical trial with RAD001 (Afinitor). He will have his 3rd treatment Friday. We get a new PET scan on June 20th. I had lapband surgery 5 years ago and have had many problems. I had to have the port replaced last year. I am essentially unable to eat in the mornings and can eat anything in the evenings.
