Re: NEW THREAD FOR LOVED ONES LEFT BEHIND ONGOING

Hi Lee. Recruiter , I am sorry to hear about your mothers passing. It doesn't matter how old they are it's still such a kick in the gut. It takes a while but you start to remember the good times rather than the sad times. Once in a great while you'll still get moments they can knock you low. It's be...

Re: Wives of husbands with Stage IV Colon Freaking Cancer

Pantufla, yes he did. It was 8 years later. We did not know that colon cancer was common at on his mother side. Yes his mother and father had divorced and he stayed with his father at a young age. Had we known maybe we could've looked for it more but as it was it was just one small isolated incident...

Hello pantufla.
I always felt like I was waiting for the next shoe to drop. Get worried about everything. I guess the best you can do is exactly what you did work it out and just keep on hoping. By taking time for yourself you can recharge your health. Sharon

Hello everyone, just checking in on you all. Purple cat, my husband wore those little brown cotton gloves to warm hands, wore them all the time, hand warmer packets helped too.
