My heart is with you, treasure the moments. I told my husband everything on my heart. Get his voice recorded, you will treasure it later. Praying for you and your family. Re: recording heart with hubbys voice mail message

Retchel that is so neat thinking ahead is so important for the loved ones left behind. I was fortunate enough to have a voice mail as we did not think ahead and do anything. I guess neither of us could face what was happening. He did leave me lots of notes everywhere though that I cherish. God bless.

Re: recording heart with hubbys voice mail message

Bev thank you that is it. I also have one in a bear, you can get the 10 second or 20 second. They are a treasure. My daughter-in-law is a hospice aid and I bought some for her to give to patients that want to leave a message for a loved one.

recording heart with hubbys voice mail message

I have a small red heart with a recording of my hubby's voice mail message. I would recommend this to anyone. It is a treasured recording I play it morning and night and in between almost like he is here. So comforting. You can get them on Amazon or Ebay. So comforting to hear his voice.

Re: Biliary catheter is now needed: stents are not working

I wonder if your doctors could consult with Dr. Stuart Sherman Indiana University hospital Indianapolis, he kept my husband going for years after he almost died with sepsis. It would be worth a try, could be done electronically very quickly. This man is wonderful in ercp procedures. He was the one t...

Re: 2nd ERCP stenting surgery, still in the hospital waiting

my husband had stenting for several years and did fine, the doctors will put you on a schedule watching the numbers. The doctor also said they could keep doing it indefinitely. Once they get the timing right you should have it done as outpatient. God bless. Those stents tend to get clogged. Also mig...

Re: Bad news: return of jaundice 6 weeks after ERCP stenting

Please don't be stressed, my hubby had them replaced on a regular basis. They can clog. He did not have the metal ones I don't believe. He couldn't go much more than 8 weeks before replacing them. The procedure was fairly minor and extended my hubby's life a long time, in fact the doctor that did it...

Re: Wives of husbands with Stage IV Colon Freaking Cancer

Val, I know where you are at, feel like defeat. It is not, it is accepting you need help before you get sick. Also know you can revoke it at any time. It is so healing having someone else assess the situation that knows more. They are very aware of signs and symptoms, when my father died they were t...
