Ah thanks, rp, for the reminder that's why I have never had HFS. It's the IVC. I forget alot of times it does much more than kill cancer I guess because its so routine, natural part of my day 2x wk. In any case I do have soft feet :) and want to keep it that way for sure. I think its absolutely amaz...

Thanks so much for posting this, Siti! I will dicipher it in english later and put it my my files :) Being on maintenance for so long now the burts bees is what I am doing and so far its working. I haven't had HFS and hope to prevent it.

As for naturals, there are potent ones out there that road block cancer pathways. But, you need a good intergrative or ND or both to determine what works on your cancer.

He's been on sabbatical for a while!
There is another one who did some studies with him. I'll dig later for his name.
Also, you might could work with one that would be a good fit for you long distance. My current onc is long distance and so far it works great.

Happy Thursday, Stu! I am trying to stay ahead of a recurrence but we all know how that goes. Anyone's guess. We are going to add Itraconazole to the mix first for now to see what happens. Onc appt

Oncology appt went well. Discussed many things. Adding a few things to the arsenal because CEA is up 2pts.
I am having my last two scans sent out for a independent comparison opinion. We shall see what the 2nd read findings are.

Mushrooms are great immune boosters. I take several different kinds.
Chocolate caught my attention with it, aint gonna lie :)

I bring up exploratory surgery every single time to my surgeon. He just shakes his head and says NOOO, we have to have a target. My response is always lets find it by you putting on your superman glasses and go to surgery. He thinks thats the craziest thing.

Hi, do you take a pre or probiotic?
I take both and also IV vitC for gut health. Milk Thistle is also good.

It does put you on edge for sure. Is there anything fishy in bloodwork?
My bloodwork has always been great, scans clear but cea is 10 now. Scans every 3mths. Bloodwork every 2wks.

Has anyone tried the 5 Defenders chocolate bars? Wondering if its as good as it looks.
I ordered 1 pack just to see if it will taste good. If so it will take 15 pills from my pill load.

Thank you, Dave! The seatbelt was a pain for me to. I just put it under my arm. I had a few stories for if I ever got pulled over for seatbelt, speeding, whatever, lol.
