My mom had also intermediate tumor mutation burden (11 mutations/mb) and Keythruda worked well for my mom and killed all lung tumors even if she is MSS. Lung tumors are more immunogenic and immunotherapy can work on lungs even if patient is MSS.

If you cannot change your appointment to an earlier date, maybe you can have some blood tests to measure your CEA, CA 125 and CA 19-9 tumor markers. Probably any hospital can do those tests in a few days and the results can give some hint for the problem. I know CEA levels do not always rise up but ...

My mom had also around 20 tumors in liver. Largest ones are 4cm in size. After 6 rounds of Folfox and Vectibix she had an operation from liver even if all tumors could not be removed. My mother is currently taking Stivarga and we want to join this trial. However we are in Turkey and not sure how we can participate trial from here :( Are they only accepting patients from America?
