For now it worked. The scan showed a decrease. You may think it is good but it knocked me off and basically put straight to bed. I also developed 2 infections that specifically listed as a side effect and put me on 2 different antibiotics. Again, I became disfunctional due to a severe fatigue. 80 mg...

On Stivagra and no energy.

I am currently on 80 mg per day of Stivagra and Optivo. I don t have energy to leave the house.

If you doc can prescribe optivo it is good.

A question on a scan.

I have mets in lungs and a few chest lymph nodes. I am on Folfox and Avastin. It is a recycled version. The doc said the scan was good my suddenly a lymph node in my abdominal cavity appeared 1.2 on 2.6 mm. He wants to postpone a but PET. It was Cat and avoid biopsy. He strongly thinks it is cancer....

Ok. I received this info from an MD Anderson doc who supervises their TIL trail. I asked specifically if there are any other places in the US that do this trail without HLA or that specific mutation and the answer was No. Now, I looked on this trail and my understanding that 2 groups are closed. It was my plan B. MD Anderson showed me a report where they screened about 2400 colon cancer patients and only about 28 or so were qualified. First, need to have HLA in a blood, second a very specific rear mutation.
