I can relate to you my health has got me down lately. And when you worry it makes everything worse so try to block that out. Yea mourinho was boring football to watch grinding out 1-0 wins and draws not United's style of football or exciting for anybody to watch. Yea at least there more enjoyable to watch now and back on winning form.

Yea a mate of mine mad into motorbikes and that. I fellow the soccer a bit, support man utd. You need to be into something for a pastime you know I'm watching box sets on Netflix a show called power good enough when you get into it.

I'm going now this Monday instead as last week there was a nurse strike and probably wasn't the best time to go you know. Il let you know how i get on anyway ok. Your from Australia right?

I had intermittent blood in stool so i had a colonoscopy, they said it was clear. I hadn't felt myself in quite a long time, feeling sick and pain when an xray revealed i had a kidney stone then passed it. They said no lifting but I didn't realise or think to ask what or for how long no lifting heavy. Yea I had open surgery too. I didn't realise the recovering involved as it was my first operation ever and was in shock to be unable to do things. :shock:

My employer is sound I blame myself for the lifting when I strictly should've avoided it but when Imnat work and things need done that I would've normal done no bother, it's hard to stop yourself as you feel you have to go on with it, it's hard to know the right time when your body will easily lift ...

I'm from ireland, I'm 27years old and i had the colon resection for meckels diverticulum back in November 2018. I work in the furniture bussiness and lifting is always required in my job so recovering is a struggle as i can't not lift. I also a worry alot that defo doesnt help at times. Thanks for t...

Went to doctor today she seems to thing I've pulled or strained myself she gave me letter to get checked out by surgeon team at hospital. So that be on Friday hopefully.
