Re: Regorafenib + Nivolumab - Immunotherapy might work in MSS CRC

Any recent updates on the patients currently in the Regorafenib/Nivolumab (Regonivo) trial? The latest numbers I have are: 11 patients had their first scan 7 have progressive disease 4 have stable disease 0 patients have reported an objective response per RECIST This includes all patients reporting...

Re: Regorafenib + Nivolumab - Immunotherapy might work in MSS CRC

If there is 25% success rate from this combo that is huge. It might not sound great on the face of it by Opdivo mono-therapy had less than 5% efficacy in MSS patients. This gives patients a big boost Well the disease control rate is closer to 50%. The question is how does this compare to Regorafeni...

Re: Regorafenib + Nivolumab - Immunotherapy might work in MSS CRC

Latest results from the Regonivo patients I’m tracking: *Total of 8 patients had their first scan or have stopped the combo. *2 patients have a potential response (seeing cavitation, but shrinkage isn’t at the 30% required by RECIST for an official response). *2 patients are stable *4 patients have...

Re: Regorafenib + Nivolumab - Immunotherapy might work in MSS CRC

If you guys were to take a shot at one of these combos which would it be? Stivarga/Opdivo? (REGONIVO) Avastin/ Opdivo Avastin or Stivarga / Pembo Is there any indication that Avastin instead of Stivarga could be more beneificial Obviously it is a roll of the dice but hoping to weight the dice in fa...

Re: Beware of cancer scams!

How is that really different than all the bogus supplements and stuff discussed on this forum all the time. The Life extension foundation supplement pill mill is just a more professional version of this.

Re: Regorafenib + Nivolumab - Immunotherapy might work in MSS CRC

Thanks Pyro70 for your efforts keeping track of this; it’s incredibly helpful to have in the absence of further trial data. In REGONIVO, the ORR in MSS CRC patients was 29%, suggesting of your n=7 sample we would expect 2 patients to have had stable disease or regression. This actually doesn’t soun...

Re: Regorafenib + Nivolumab - Immunotherapy might work in MSS CRC

Hi All, My dad oncologist email that Regorafenib + Nivolumab is not an approved regimen at Kaiser. We got a pet/ct scan and it shows progression/recurrence. The cancer has spread to his liver, lung and lymph node. 5FU monotherapy didn't work for my dad. Nate. Regonivo isn’t an approved regimen anyw...

Re: Regorafenib + Nivolumab - Immunotherapy might work in MSS CRC

7 patients that I know of have had their first CT scans or stopped therapy. 4/7 have died or are in hospice and stopped therapy 2/7 are stable with slight increase in tumor size (could be pseudo progression) 1/7 is stable with no change in tumor size 0/7 have had a response (tumor shrinkage) There i...

Re: Regorafenib + Nivolumab - Immunotherapy might work in MSS CRC

Hi I'm starting rego/nivo later this week. I'll post updates and would be grateful for news from others trying this combo. For those who have known me for a while on this forum, this is my 8th line in nearly 5 years. I have been stage 4 all the way (liver, peritoneum, lungs). I suspect this my last...

Re: can you stay in oxaliplatin ?

Oxaliplatin causes permanent neuropathy as the cumulative dose increases. Neuropathy usually starts after cycle 8. If he currently has no neuropathy it’s okay to continue, but I would likely stop if neuropathy (that lasts throughout the cycle) shows up. When you stop FOLFOX you can switch to FOLFIRI...

Re: Regorafenib + Nivolumab - Immunotherapy might work in MSS CRC

Just a quick update on Regonivo. Between this group and Colontown I’m continuing to track >10patients trying Regonivo. None of them have reported a CT scan yet (the first ones should be in October). So we don’t have any real results yet. However one patient tried Regonivo in the 11th hour and seems ...
