Stage IV Survivor 7th yr Going Strong

Dear Fellow Colon Ca fighters,,,, 7 years ago today March 1, 2004, I was dx with stage IV colon ca with liver mets. I am here today, 6 years 4 months cancer free. Keep up the fight, we can survive. You all are in my prayers each day. Terrytech

I went with the oxi, and i'd do it again, the treatments the surgeries and the side effects, are all like a bad dream when i look back now. i just gave them the pet scan report that showed I had mets, it was the first scan i had. they'll go back to when you became stage IV. good luck terrytech

I receive SSD which means I worked and paid in enough quarters, SSI is for those who never worked or didn't work long enough to get SSD. I was Stage IV at Dx ,so when I finished treatment and could no longer perform my usual job, I applied and was given retro money back to the day of Dx. I only had ...

Thank you all for the kind words, and YES I still get the scanxiety, I get every illness you can think of in the weeks prior to my scan. Although I don't post much, I read your all your posts, feel your pain and I pray for all of you colon clubbers each nite. May god do whats best for you!
