Hello, I'm curious what others are doing to regulate as close to normal as possible. I'm currently taking 1 anti diarrheal, & 1 fiber pill daily. This seemed to work for awhile, however recently my system will be "quiet" for a few days, then I'm making 10-30 trips to the bathroom again...
