Re: IMMUNOTHERAPY

It seems that Mike is correct in saying that if you have a mutation like lynch syndrom or others that cause a mutation and fit the criteria genetically, immunotherapy can have positive results, there for you would qualify for treatment. I learned this after being diagnosed with Muir-Torre-syndrome a...

Re: Any Stage 4 long term survivors/cured ?

Makes me hopeful as a new stage 4 colon and rectum cancer diagnosis with a newly found metastasis in my brain. At 46 and healthy, I am really positive and hopeful that after my brain tumor is removed next week and then onto radiation, chemo and surgically remove colon tumors, I will have a chance. R...

Re: Brain metastasis

Was just diagnosed in July with colon and rectal cancer and lymph nodes positive. After cat scan, then pet to see lymph nodes, they noticed a light up at bridge on nose which barely showed the very bottom of brain tumor last week. Cancer had spread and had an MRI on my head Monday and at Neuro today...

Re: Correlation between weight loss and prognosis?

I was diagnosed with colon and rectal in July. Had a cat scan then pet scan because lymph nodes looked enlarged. Re: CBD oil and IBS

I take it multiple times a day for the cancer. I will say I suffer pretty bad constipation from the colon issues and pain meds. It has really helped me with that. It helps with pain and muscle soreness. I would definitely try it, it has no real side effects and its natural. Make sure you find a good...

Re: CBD OIL

I started using it as soon as I was diagnosed 3 weeks ago. Already had high end medical grade cbd since my wife uses it for her arthritis. I've noticed constipation is not nearly as bad and helps with stomach cramping and other pains. They made it legal in NC recently, in waiting for THC for edibles...

New Diagnosis of colon cancer and Muir Torre syndrome

I am a 46 yr old male who has a family history of cancer on my moms side. My mother had 3 primary cancers and lived through the first two, even though her first was given a 10% chance after a glioblastoma brain tumor diagnosis in 1979 at the age of 39. They did surgery and max radiation which did pu...
