Here is a link to what she wanted us to know: http://www.chris4life.org/Kathryn I know she believed in heaven, and she was surrounded by people she loved. I'm glad she is pain free, and I know so many of us will carry her memory with us fo...

Re: New to the group

Welcome, for what it's worth... Everybody experiences chemo in a different way. And it can come and go as the treatment cycle comes and goes. I was feeling great in between treatments and then really crappy for a few days after treatment. I had a 3 year old and 2 older kids, so I was definitely pare...

Re: Colonoscopy prep: what works for me

I don't know what happened this time, but I did the Miralax and vomited a vast amount of it all over myself. I've never done that before. I think I need to take about half as much as they recommend. My advice? Trust your gut. Literally.

Re: ilio reversal next week - depressed

I have been absent from CC for a long time, because I am one of the boring people with not much to write. As usual, I agree with Belle. See it as an adventure. You can always change your mind. I have often thought about getting a perm. colonoscopy, but as time has gone on, I find that it is really n...

Re: Pre-ileostomy revesal

Whenever I feel like I want to respond to a post, and then I see NWGirl has responded, I know I don't need to say another word.

Best of luck with your reversal. Stock up on calmoseptine and depends (Walgreens brand are recommended on many posts). You might want the calmoseptine at the hospital.
