They are waiting for my liver mets ti shrink a bit more so they could do surgery at same time.

Meds working

Mu december ct shows 8 tumors disapeared in liver and this past test showed one shrank by 1 cm. Im happy about no new growth but hoping im not nearing the end on folfox working. Any of you had a soso exam then a better one?

Sorry you still have to go through this for almost a year now. I've seen/read about patients who have managed their disease for years with various chemo cocktails. HOWEVER, your ultimate goal is to obviously try to rid your body of the cancer entirely and surgery is almost always the best strategy ...

Im nervous

Scan in two weeks. Past two scans have been great. 8 tumots are gone. Any words of wisdom or comfort? Would the chemo usually still be effective if i started last june. I know you guys arent drs. Just looking for your experience to give me hope.

Perhaps you should talk to somebody about your anxiety. Lay off google. It’s a bit rude coming to a board of cancer patients being so upset about a benign polyp. Every one of us would gladly trade places with you. I don’t mind questions from people who don’t have cancer and I would always encourage...

How long did folfiri work

In due for another scan in a couple weeks. Just curious how long you were on folfori for before changing things up. Now im freaking out a bit of my test which is 3 days before disneyland!

I think they are waiting for ly liver mets to be operable before peri met
