There is scientific evidence that meat, especially processed meat increases the probability to develop CRC. Also a diet rich in fibers is positive in many ways. Hello All, I'm wondering if any of you have done any changes to your self-care to prevent a recurrence of CRC, anything at all, supplements, diet changes, exercise, spiritual work, etc? Did your physician recommend anything during treatment or afterwards, once you have been in remission? Thank you....
