Thank you JulieJ for your positive statements and information. I love yogurt, make it at home. I am going to pick up some imodium for just in case days. I enjoyed lots of foods going into reversal that I was afraid I would not be able to eat.good to know I will have some kind of normal eating again. S

Made through surgery. Eating post op diet. Burps, but no poop. I keep walking, hoping something will move.

Thank you for sharing. Calmoseptine was a friend during radiation. Will pull it out again. My system has always been slow, hope this will be a balance.

Reversal on Thursday. Heading down to Stanford tomorrow, scheduled for 7 am surgery butt that can change. The waiting and wondering is tough, but the whole process sucks.

They gave it to me as well. I can't say whether it hurt or helped initially but chemo nurses talked me into continuing. Read posts about avoiding folic acid supplements. I am convinced that protected me from some of the long term neurological symptoms others describe.

Ditto everything said prior by the knowledgeable folks. I have tried all the various styles, find that different ones meet my needs at different times. Did get a skin reaction to one brand but fortunately there are lots to choose from, as we are all different. I got at least 7 or 8 different styles ...

It feels like you have to use toilet, Kind of wiggly, like there something going on but of course nothing is! After colonoscopy it was very painful, whatever he did seems to have helped.
