Lyrica probably affects everyone a little differently but, for me, it doesn't make me feel foggy or anything. The only noticeable side effect is acne. A Google search shows that others experience acne as well, some pretty severe, but for me not really all that bad. Like you, I can still do everythin...

My suggestion is to stay in close touch with your medical professionals. My ileostomy reversal didn't go as planned and I made probably made matters worse by not talking to my doctor when I noticed things didn't seem quite right. After my 1st round of chemo I, almost immediately, developed a severe case of peripheral neuropathy in my feet and lower legs.
