They're unable to gauge SM1, SM2 or SM3 because of the way my polyp was removed. I think it may be SM2 (not that I'm a doctor but just from reading over the doctor's notes and reading some different studies...)

Thanks for the responses all. I have a great/talented surgeon at a top notch medical facility, and have surgery scheduled, but I don't feel at peace, I guess. It was the surgeon who suggested I could go with surveillance. If he hadn't, it wouldn't be buzzing in my brain. This was my pathology report...

Hi all, I had a T1 tumor removed recently through an endoscopic procedure. It was a sessile tumor, well-differentiated, no lymphovascular invasion, no tumor budding, but likely grew deeper than 1mm.
