Re: Talk me down..CT results...

Breathe- cancer can make us nuts. I was told if a lymph node under the pit comes and goes, it’s nothing. I wouldn’t worry-if the dr isn’t worried, you shouldn’t be. Thank goodness though that these scans see everything even the minor stuff.

Okay, guys...here we go. It's my turn next week to get through my check-ups. It's been 2 years since surgery and just over 1.5 years since chemo ended. I feel great, no physical worries, but anxious none-the-less. You just never know with cancer! Please keep us posted!!! Hoping for a completely une...

Re: NEW-Need some positivity here.

When will you know the results of the last scan? I also had one on the 20th of August, light CAT to the chest and ecography to the liver. I will have a scope on the 4th of September and then get the answer. But I am not worried, if I am sick I will face it when it is real and not just a possibility...

Re: NEW-Need some positivity here.

I had a very rough day. PTSD at its finest. I had a scan today with bloodwork. No nurses at MSK so they decided to send anyone with a port to the chemo suites to get accessed. I was very upset- like panic attack upset. I went to the chemo suites crying and refused to sit in the reclining chemo chair...

I kept going and started building my core strength up . Walking was all I could tolerate initially. I noted it was wo...

Re: NEW-Need some positivity here.

Would love to know what this could be but I really don’t want to see my doctor. I’m usually very achy in the morning - knees are killing me, left upper shoulder pain. Ok I get I’m overweight but I can’t really walk far or workout in this condition. No idea how it happened. Started at the end of June...

I have #6 on Friday and onc said it may have to stop for a colonoscopy. Could it be the chemo? Lack of water? Something minor? Question on th...

Re: NEW-Need some positivity here.

Teacher2017, I work in a school district too. I was wondering if you were able to work during your FOLFOX treatments. I started my treatment in the end of June and am trying to figure out what I am going to do in the fall. Congrats on your recent test results. God bless! Nate! It wasn’t easy becaus...
