Folfox- 6 is a 2.5 hr infusion and wear a pump for 2 days. I had folfox- 6 and a nurse came to my house after 46hrs and removed the pump...

Re: My wife, finances and work...worried

Very sorry you are goingt through this...I know how you wish you could go back to normal. For me, it was that I had a barium enema that was negative and 6 months later the mass was found on a colonoscopy. I will think every once in a while had a pushed for a colonoscopy after the barium enema was ne...

Re: black stools

Make sure you request a colonoscopy...when I first had symptoms I was given a barium enema that missed my tumor...6 months later it was found on a colonscopy...Not saying this is what you have, but a colonoscopy is the best way of knowing what is going on...good luck!

Re: Last chemo today.............now what?

If you plan to do this start slow. It took me almost 2 months post treatment when I was ready and even t...

Re: how often do you have ct/pet scans while on chemo?

I had a scan prior to surgery (right after colonoscpy) and then 3 months after I finished chemo...as someone mentioned earlier I think it depends mostly on if you're stage III or IV for monitoring.

Re: Odds a Mass in Colon not Cancer? Worried about my Dad.

As with others mentioned above, my GI informed me that he thought it was cancer before the biopsy results and setup scans and consultations without any results. I also have no idea in regards to a percentage, but I hope and pray that all is ok!
