The targeted therapies are part of the "one size does NOT fit all " mindset in modern oncology
which I believe will lead to good things, and even BETTER things in the future.

No real info except to say that it has always seemed to be a bit of trial and error, self-test experiment when it comes to playing with the soluble / insoluble fibers.

This monograph should contain some more info listed under the Continue treatment with XELODA as planned section http://www.colorectal-cancer.ca/IMG/pdf/Xeloda_EN_final.pdf - the raw foods could be an issue for digestion and possible food borne illness affecting those with compromised immune systems ...

Another option could be asking your docs about trying an IBS diet ( low FODMAP ) FODMAPs : They are a type of carb. But this is not your typical low-carb diet. The diet only limits carbs that are "fermentable oligo-, di-, monosaccharides and polyols." WebMD article Google search = ibs diet...
