Apparently uncooked bones don't splinter like cooked ones. Ummmmmmm ..... :shock: :shock: :shock: every time I scrub into an orthopedic surgery I AM dealing with an "uncooked bone" which in fact HAS splintered / cracked/ chipped / fractured or otherwise discombobulated in some fashion ......
