Hi orlar, Some weeks are for sure worse than others! And scanxiety is making things even worse - I do understand that ! even though I’m not the one in my family having the scans... I also get the scanxiety. I wish I could do more but I am sending a Lot of positive vibrations for your upcoming scan! ...

Thank you! Today was a good day. No new growth and it appears things are stable for now. My CEA went up a touch to 12, but I'm not overly concerned about it. Good News :D It was a brand new scanner at our hospital this time. Husband’s oncologist gave us the result - she said: ” Everything looks fine! Please - I would love some positive vibes for my DH tomorrow. Thank You! Hubby had an appointment for a checkup CT-scan on June 21st. When we arrived at the hospital we learned that the scanner had broken down :( and July 3rd is the new date for the CT-scan. Sigh... another Scanxiety will happen :cr...

I too have made many of the changes that others have reported but the only advice from my oncologist was to eat walnuts! He said that, whilst all tree nuts are good, evidence suggests that walnuts are the best! I looked into utt and the evidence convinced me so, as I love walnuts. ... it's win/win!...
